Position: RF Field Application Engineer

Location: Shenzhen
   
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations   

-       Support RF high power amplifier products in telecommunication infrastructure markets.
-       Provide on-site technical support to customers including requirements analysis, solution promotion, product trainings, performance evaluation and tuning, application and troubleshoot support, etc.
-       Aggressive in capturing new designs. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to penetrate focused accounts and support marketing events. Provide customer/market insight to product group in new product definition process.
-       Track projects regularly, lead customer and internal communications, drive design-wins and resolution of issues.  


Specific Knowledge/Skills   

-       Bachelor degree and preferable Master degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
-       Minimum 3 years of working experience in R&D or field support of advanced RF Power Amplifiers in basestation products. Experiences in RF PA products will be an advantage.
-       Strong background in RF, extensive knowledge in RF PA technology and architectures. Familiar with 2G/3G/Wimax/LTE basestation RF subsystem.
-       Good understanding of customers’ preferences, engagement and market trend.
-       Proactive and highly self-motivated. Able to work independently.
-       Good learning agility and communication skills is required.
-       Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua.
-       Frequent travel may be required.
