SPEAr320 评估板可用于评估SPEAr320微处理器，特别是MII自动化模式。EVALSPEAr320PLC评估板套件有两块电路板组成：一块CPU电路板和一块MII模式应用电路板。SPEAr320微处理器是贴装在CPU电路板上的，此电路板是插入在 MII 模式应用电路板上的。
