It includes a MSP430F2617 to control the DRV8711. Power is provided externally, up to 52 V, through the power header. The USB interface is provided to communicate with the MSP430F2617 through a graphical user interface (GUI).The DRV8711EVM is configured such that only connections to the universal serial bus (USB), motor and power supply are required.
