The AFE5808 is an 8-channel fully integrated analog front end (AFE) with a continuous wave (CW) Doppler mixer for Spectral Doppler ultrasound equipment. The EVM kit includes the User's Guide, software, a USB cable, and the board comes completely assembled. Users need to provide the input signal for measurement from a signal generator. Users will need to have a method to attach and analyze the data from the AFE5808's LVDS data stream. In the event that the user does not have a method, a deserializer board is offered. This board, the TSW1250EVM, directly connects to the AFE5808EVM and provides the data in parallel form for all eight channels simultaneously. The TSW1250EVM must be purchased separately.Features
