Versatile standard ocxos
Rakon's cost effective single oven OCXOs offer frequency, stability and form factor
options to suit a wide range of telecommunications applications. The compact
CFPO-5 and miniature CFPO-6 (20.7 x 20.7 x 10.5 mm) are inexpensive OCXOs,
tailored for applications such as cellular base stations, where space is at a premium.

Ultra-stable tcxos
Ultra-stable TCXOs based on Rakon's proprietary Pluto technology address high
volume applications where very high stability is required. Pluto incorporates tilt
compensation to eliminate the detrimental effects of adjusting a TCXO's control
voltage to allow for long term drift. The Pluto-based 7.0 x 5.0 mm CFPT-9000 series
and 5.0 x 3.0 mm CFPT-9300 series TCXOs offer stability better than ??100 ppb over
commercial temperature ranges.

Self calibrating ocxos
Rakon??s range of self calibrating OCXOs can replace expensive rubidium clocks in
Stratum 2 and other high precision applications. They compensate internally for
crystal ageing effects, achieving free running lifetime stability better than ??16 ppb
(??1.6 x 10-8) without the need for any recalibration of equipment.

Double oven replacements
Rakon's CFPO-DO series ??super single oven'OCXOs deliver performance as good
or better than double oven OCXOs, but from a smaller, lower cost device. The
CFPO-DO offers stability of ??0.1 ppb (??1.0 x 10-10) over its operating temperature
range, while its superior stability under all operating conditions yields 24 hour
holdover better than 7??s. It is suitable as a frequency source and time keeping
reference for all synchronization systems. A self calibrating version is available.

temperature compensated ocxos
Rakon's ??Triton?? series of low cost OCXOs bridge the gap between ultra-stable
TCXOs and traditional high end OCXOs in terms of cost, stability, size, weight, and
power consumption. Combining oven technology with Rakon??s proprietary Pluto
temperature compensation, Triton delivers stability better than ??50 ppb in a DIL-14
leaded package (RFPO-20) and now in a new 14.6 x 9.7 mm refowable surface
mount package (RFPO-30).
