Responsibilities?Working with ASIC, Analog in US and India and DSP firmware group in BJ to design DSL system architecture, to propose ASIC function blocks, to conduct system simulation and to do DSP firmware architecture design.
?Qualifications/Skills:
·????????? Ph.D. + 5 year experiences
·????????? Experiences in DSP algorithms, communication theories and ASIC design
·????????? Knowing Analog design is a plus·????????? Good spoken and written English??
2.?????? DSP Firmware Engineer
Responsibilities:
·????????? Contribute to modem design and communication algorithms.
·????????? Contribute to design of high-speed DSL transceiver technology, based on a programmable signal processing LSI.
·????????? Make significant contributions to design and implementation of new high speed transceivers.?
?Qualifications/Skills:
·????????? MS degree or Ph.D. in electrical engineering or computer science.
·????????? Knowledge and skills in embedded programming, protocol conversion, communication theory, communication flow control, DSP.·????????? Experience in Assembly, or ‘C’ languages.
·????????? Experience with laboratory instruments (spectrum analyzer, oscilloscopes) and hardware ?is a plus
?·????????? Good problem analyzing and solving skill, Quick-to-learn, Good communication skills, Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of resolving problem.
·????????? Excellent written/verbal communications skills in Chinese and English??

ST - 欧洲的
Infineon - 欧洲的
Marvell - 计划在做，已经晚了，还进来做什么？

DSL/Wimax，两样看不到前景的东西，一个太过期，一个太超前。
